Thermoplastic injection moulding is the most frequently used of all plastic processing methods. Elastomers are processed on the screw injection moulding machines. Particular attention is paid to the burr-free injection moulding of elastomers. The challenge lies in the fact that elastomers are very fluid in the flow range (just like thermosets). Slightly more work is also involved in tool design compared to thermoplastic tools. This is not a problem however in cooperation with our tool shop.

In addition to processing engineering plastics using conventional injection moulding, we offer our customers the following processing methods.

• 2-component technology with plastics of the same type as well as with different plastics such as thermoplastics and elastomers. Our company works with systems that rotate on the table as well as in the tool.
• Injection-compression moulding
• Evacuation procedure
